Manage Leave Request
Team managers can assign leave to team members, including those with no leave entitlement. An employee can be assigned time off if their absence was unscheduled, they do not have login access to Stride, etc.
Track Team Performance
HR-Administrator can configure Stride to automatically generate appraisal score sheets for employees with supervisors and team leads. The supervisor/team lead will receive a notification each time a new score sheet is created.
Approve Fund Request
Supervisors can have a view of imprest requests submitted through the eWallet module by members of their teams. Fund requests are sent to supervisors for approval after which it is routed to the accounting department for final approval and disbursement. However, Stride can be configured to route requests directly to the accounting dept or budget managers.
