Allows a daily track of Employee’s activities and accomplishments in relation to each individual goal. It provides a metric for analyzing what Goals or activities require more resources/increased timeline. This provides a general overview of the Goal actualization by the Company.

Displays Employee leave entitlement, leave assignments to employees, Pending/ approved leave list, enables the HR administrator to assign leave days in case of any eventualities promoting data accuracy.

Here Employee related incidents are managed in 2 ways – Recognition and Discipline. Recognition here refers to high performance, great achievement, and milestones covered while Discipline here is reprimands. Stride ERP ensures that all data are captured and can be pulled up when needed, the Employee incident tab functions to reduce sentiments during Employee Performance appraisal as data is kept in a repository with relevant details.

This section highlights all data on the Employees as it relates to Personal Data, Benefits, job role /specification, employment type, and employees in various divisions /departments.

Performance Appraisal

Stride ERP ensures flexibility and Customization. The Performance Appraisal Tab allows one to schedule monthly, quarterly, etc. It allows notification prior to the scheduled date pulling up goals /KPIs that had been assigned to each employee for each review period. Automates scores and provides ranking in line with the initial setup details.
