With this new tool, you can now easily identify and prioritize your leads based on predefined criteria. This will help you focus on the most promising leads and increase your chances of converting them into paying customers.
Your ability to categorize and prioritize leads will help you better manage your sales pipeline, track the progress of qualified leads, and improve your conversion rates.
Here Is How To Use It:
The Lead Qualification Tool uses the BANT methodology (which stands for budget, authority, need, and timeline) to qualify leads. After you have interacted with your leads via calling, meet-ups (physical or virtual), and emailing:
- Expand the sales module “Sales Leads”, and click on “Leads & Prospects”.
- Search and tick the boxes beside their names (this tool can be used individually or in batches), and click on “Bulk Actions”.
- Select “Unqualified Lead: After-Meeting Summary” as “Activity” if the leads are not your ideal customers.
- Or Select “Qualified Leads: After-Meeting Summary” if they are your ideal customers.
- Enter the information required in the fields you see to qualify your leads based on their budget, who you interacted with, if they really need your product/service, and how ready they are to purchase it.
- Click on “Submit”.
