However, with this new feature, you can now add secondary contacts to each client account, ensuring that your emails reach more than one person within your client&#8217;s organization.<\/p>\n<p>This addition makes it easier for you to keep your clients informed about your products, services, and any updates related to their accounts. It also helps to enhance communication and build stronger relationships with your clients by ensuring that important information is reaching the right people.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Follow These Steps To Take Advantage Of This Addition:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>login to your account, click on the \u201cClients &amp; Invoices\u201d module, then, \u201cManage Clients\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2107 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/strideerp.com\/events\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/SC1-300x143.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"143\" srcset=\"https:\/\/strideerp.com\/events\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/SC1-300x143.png 300w, https:\/\/strideerp.com\/events\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/SC1-768x367.png 768w, https:\/\/strideerp.com\/events\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/SC1.png 1011w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on a client\u2019s name or company name, go to the client&#8217;s \u201cProfile\u201d page, scroll down, and click on \u201cManage Client Secondary Contacts\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the \u201c+Add Secondary Contact\u201d button to open as many fields as you want and enter the correct information (full name, phone number, email address, and physical address).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2108 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/strideerp.com\/events\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/SC2-300x175.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"175\" srcset=\"https:\/\/strideerp.com\/events\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/SC2-300x175.png 300w, https:\/\/strideerp.com\/events\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/SC2-768x448.png 768w, https:\/\/strideerp.com\/events\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/SC2.png 949w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tick the boxes on the kind of emails you want them to receive (marketing, product\/project, order, invoice, etc.). Make sure to tick the \u201cSummary Tab Emails\u201d so you can get a report when you send them emails.<\/li>\n<li>When you are done, click the \u201cSave Secondary Contact\u201d button.
