The Asset Management feature of Stride ERP caters to all functions related to purchasing requests, approval levels, vendor management/rating, vendor bills, pricing, withholding tax, order by material vs service categorization, tracking payment, order status, move to inventory/warehouse, among many others.

Assets

On this tab, all company assets, equipment, and tools can be viewed, assigned, or retrieved. Each Asset has a system-generated ID, with details on category, Manufacturer, model, serial number, assignment, Files, and status. This will ensure that all assets are tracked and details on the asset lifecycle for example repairs etc are stored in the asset files.

Inventory Store

Provides data on your supplies and tracks usage. Helps reduce waste and enables good planning. Even when on remote locations and project sites, the materials are received and withdrawn following the flow layout which creates accuracy and removes human error. The Inventory store captures inventory name, inventory location, remaining quantity, inventory value, inventory top-ups, inventory withdrawals, etc.

Vendor Management

Create efficiencies around your vendor activities using Stride ERP. Manage and rate vendors according to their performance in the services they offer. Stride ERP helps you reduce the cost of administration by taking charge of your entire vendor life cycle.
